Can i make an order over the phone?
Yes, Just call us on +44(0)1642 254825 and one of our sales assistants will be happy to take your order.
How much will i be charged delivery?
All UK orders over £100.00 are delivered completely free of charge regardless of number of items, otherwise you will be charged a flat rate of £3.95. Orders from Europe will be charged £10.50 and the rest of the world will be charged £15.50.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent out using a recorded service, if you would like your tracking information you can simply contact us and we will reply with your tracking information usually within the hour.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All UK orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and before 11am Saturday are sent first class via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and should arrive with you the next working day, All orders placed after this will be dispatched on the following Monday and should arrive on Tuesday. International orders, depending on the destination usually take between 3 - 10 days. Please note all orders need to be signed for upon delivery.
My order is late, what should i do?
Unfortunately it is inevitable that some orders may arrive late, firstly you should check that Royal Mail have not attempted to deliver your parcel by looking for a calling card through your door, if this is not the case you should contact us on +44(0)1642 254825 or info@redsquareclothing.co.uk and we will personally look into the matter for you.
What is your returns policy?
Red Square Clothing operate a generous 14 day returns policy starting from the day you place your order, If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) simply return the item(s) to our address as listed on the invoice supplied with your order and we will organise an exchange or refund depending on what you would like to do.
How long will my refund take to process?
We aim to refund your account the same day we receive the item(s) back, however dependant on busy periods such as sale periods and holidays it may take a few days to process your refund. Please note that we can only refund debit / credit cards, paypal account or google checkout account that was used for the transaction.
The item I bought is now in sale, can I get the difference refunded?
Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to know if and when something will go into sale. As a result if something does go down in price after you have purchased it, we are unable to refund the difference.
I need measurements for an item, how can i find them?
You can view our generic sizing guide by simply clicking on the 'Size Guide' button on the items page. If you require exact sizing please do not hesitate to contact us on +44(0)1642 254825 and we will personally measure the item(s) over the phone for you.
Why is my discount code not working?
If your discount code is not working then you should double check to make sure you are inputting it correctly, if this is not the problem it is likely the discount code is no longer valid. However we can tell you if this is the case if you contact us. Please note: All discount codes are disabled during sale periods.
