Can i make an order over the phone? Yes, Just call us on +44(0)1642 254825 and one of our sales assistants will be happy to take your order. How much will i be charged delivery? All UK orders over £50 are delivered completely free of charge regardless of number of items, Orders made from the EU are charged at £10.50 and the rest of the world is charged at £15.50. How long will it take for my order to arrive? All UK orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and before 11am Saturday are sent first class via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and should arrive with you the next working day, All orders placed after this will be dispatched on the following Monday and should arrive on Tuesday. International orders, depending on the destination usually take between 3 - 10 days. Please note all orders need to be signed for upon delivery. My order is late, what should i do? Red Square Clothing operate a generous 14 day returns policy starting from the day you place your order, If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) simply return the item(s) to our address as listed on the invoice supplied with your order and we will organise an exchange or refund depending on what you would like to do. How long will my refund take to process? We refund your card the same day we receive the item(s) back, however dependant on your bank it may take a few days to appear on your statement, please note we can only refund the card or paypal account you used when placing your order. I need measurements for an item, how can i find them? Most items on our site have measurements available to view in all available sizes, you can view these by simply clicking on the 'Size Guide' button on the items page.
